We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect: name, business or club name, email, phone, delivery address, the logos and artwork you upload, order details, messages to our chat advisor "Peg", and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and we never see them. Website analytics come from Google Analytics, with cookies.

Why: to prepare proofs, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, ask for feedback, send marketing you can opt out of, and meet tax and legal obligations.

Who we share it with (only as needed):

our print and dispatch partner (a Sydney print production company): artwork, delivery name and address;
Stripe: payments;
service providers that store or process data for us: Supabase (database and file storage), Notion (order records), Resend or our email provider, Netlify (hosting) and Google (analytics, ads).

Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the USA.

QR codes: QR codes printed on your gear link through tracking parameters. When someone scans one, we record anonymous visit data (time, which code, broad location from analytics). We don't identify the people who scan.

Marketing: we only email you if you ordered, enquired or opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link (Spam Act 2003). We may use website and QR visit data for advertising audiences on Google and Meta. You can opt out through your ad settings or by contacting us.

Your artwork: used only for your orders and kept so you can reorder. We'll delete it on request. We'll only show your gear in our marketing with your permission.

Security and retention: data is held with reputable providers using access controls. Order records are kept for 5 years for tax purposes.

Access, correction and complaints: email hello@pegged.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
