A fete kit that pays for itself
School fetes are the biggest fundraiser of the year for many P&Cs, and good signage directly lifts takings: people find the cake stall, the raffle and the rides faster, and sponsors get visible thanks. Because everything we print is weatherproof and reusable, a well-planned kit can be packed away and used again next year, and at the athletics carnival, the school disco and open day.
What to order
- Directional corflute signs. A pack of 20 signs at 600×900 mm ($350) covers entry, parking, toilets, first aid and every stall. Keep wording generic (no date) so they last for years.
- Fence banners. A pair of 4 × 1 m banners for the front fence ($328) announces the fete to every car that drives past in the weeks before.
- Flags at the gate. Two double sided teardrop flags mark the entrance from the street.
- A marquee in school colours. A 3×3 printed marquee ($1,032) becomes the info and raffle tent, then the canteen at sports carnivals.

Sponsor signage
Local businesses are more likely to sponsor when they can see their logo in print. Add a sponsor corflute for each stall or a sponsor banner by the main stage. We lay out every logo on the proof so your committee can check it before anything is printed.

How far ahead should we order fete signage?
Allow about two weeks: a day or two for the proof and committee approval, a few working days for production and a few days for freight.
Can you match our school colours?
Yes. Give us Pantone codes if you have them, or upload your school logo and the builder pulls the colours from it.
Can signs be reused next year?
Yes, if you leave the date off. Put dates on a small separate sign or a banner.
Do you offer school pricing?
Prices are the same for everyone and shown up front. No GST is charged.
