What is alupanel?
Alupanel, also called ACM or aluminium composite panel, is a polyethylene core sandwiched between two thin aluminium sheets. It is light enough to hang with screws or cable ties but rigid and weatherproof, so it is the standard material for permanent outdoor signage. We print directly onto the panel with a protective laminate.
Sizes and prices
A single 900×600 mm sign is $207, 1200×900 mm is $247 and a full 2400×1200 mm sheet, the classic shopfront or fence sign, is $588. Ordering a set? Ten 900×600 signs are $122 each. Large 2400 mm panels may attract a pallet freight fee, which we confirm on your proof before you pay.
Anti-graffiti finish
For public-facing walls and fences, the anti-graffiti laminate lets you wipe off marker and spray paint. A 2400×1200 anti-graffiti panel is $820.
Holes, shapes and mounting
Add 6 mm holes in each corner for $4 per panel, ready for screws or cable ties. Custom shapes are cut free of charge. Matte finishes, double sided panels and other sizes are quoted on your free proof.
Alupanel vs corflute
Corflute is cheaper and ideal for temporary signs. Alupanel costs more but lasts for years, survives knocks and looks premium. A common combination for sports clubs is alupanel for the clubhouse and sponsor boards, with corflute for game-day directions.
