How does ordering work?
Choose your product and options in the builder and see the price instantly. Upload your logo and send the order. We email a free digital proof within 1 business day. You approve it, pay by card, and your gear is made and shipped.
How much does it cost?
Prices are shown live on every product and include delivery within Australia for main items. Examples: printed marquees from $890, teardrop flags from $161, 20 corflute signs from $350, media walls from $494. Options we have not verified yet are quoted on your proof.
Do you charge GST?
No. Pegged is a sole trader and not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on any price.
How long does it take?
You get a proof within 1 business day. After approval and payment, most items take a few working days to produce, plus delivery time. Marquees can take longer. Your proof shows an expected dispatch date, and we email you if anything changes.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, from Sydney to every state and territory, direct to you in plain, unbranded packaging.
What logo file should I send?
Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) print best. High-resolution PNG also works. We check every file free and warn you if it might print blurry. See how to prepare artwork.
Will the colours match?
We use your Pantone or CMYK references. Screens show colour differently from print, so expect slight variation within normal print tolerance.
Can I change my proof?
Yes. Click "Request changes" in your proof email as many times as you need before approving.
What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?
Report it within 7 days with photos on the report a problem page. We reprint, replace or refund covered issues, usually straight from the photos.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Items are custom-made, so there are no change-of-mind refunds after you approve your proof. You can cancel free of charge any time before approving. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. See the refund policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in any of our emails, or go to track your order with your order number and email.
What are the QR codes?
Every item can carry a free QR code linking to your website, tagged so your analytics shows which sign or flag brought each visitor.
Do you do custom sizes?
Yes. Enter sizes in mm, cm, m, inches or feet. Sizes outside our standard price list are quoted on your free proof.
Where are you based?
Ashfield, in Sydney's Inner West. We are online-only and deliver everywhere.
