Terms of Sale

1. Quotes and prices. Website prices are estimates in AUD, with no GST charged (we are not registered for GST) and standard delivery within Australia. Your binding price is the one shown on your proof.
2. Proof and sign-off. Every order gets a digital proof before production. Please check spelling, phone numbers, colours, sizes and placement. Proofs are generated automatically from the details you enter, usually within minutes. You are responsible for checking the proof before you approve it. When you approve a proof (by ticking the approval box and clicking Approve and pay, or by replying in writing), you confirm the spelling, colours, sizes, logo and QR placement are correct, and that approval is final. Production follows your approval and payment without a further manual review, and we record the time of your approval. We print exactly what you approve. Errors in an approved proof are not misprints.
3. Payment. You pay in full when you approve. Production starts once payment clears.
4. Your artwork. You confirm you own or are licensed to use every logo, image and text you supply. You indemnify us against IP claims arising from that content. We may decline content that is unlawful or offensive.
5. Colour tolerance. Screens show RGB colour, while printing on fabric, corflute and aluminium uses CMYK or dye-sublimation. Expect small variation between screen and print, between materials, and between production runs. Supply Pantone or CMYK references if exact matching matters. Variation within normal industry tolerance is not a defect. If a colour is clearly different from the approved proof and its references, we'll treat it as a defect.
6. Production and delivery. Products are custom-made by our production partner and shipped directly to you in unbranded packaging. Lead times are estimates that start after proof approval and payment. Some items (for example marquees) can take longer, and we'll tell you on the proof. Risk passes to you on delivery. Check goods within 7 days and tell us about any damage, with photos.
7. Custom goods: change of mind. Every item is made to your design, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong choice of size or colour once you've approved the proof. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see the Refund Policy).
8. Defects and misprints. If an item is faulty, misprinted compared with the approved proof, damaged in transit or not as described, we'll reprint, repair, replace or refund under the Refund Policy and the ACL.
9. Safe use. Marquees, flags and umbrellas must be weighted or pegged as instructed and taken down in strong winds. We're not liable for loss caused by use against the instructions or in unsafe weather, except where the ACL says otherwise.
10. Liability. To the extent the law allows, and subject to the consumer guarantees, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price. We're not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed event, except where the ACL provides otherwise.
11. Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge before you approve the proof. After approval and payment, production may already have started. We'll refund whatever we can recover from our supplier.

13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
